It’s an Ohio tradition and a celebration of craftsmanship! On Sunday, October 20, the beautiful village of Thornville will host over 10,000 visitors and shoppers as the Lions Club celebrates 49 years of promoting handcrafts and local artisans. More than 180 vendors will be selling every kind of handcrafted item imaginable. Refinished antiques, wooden toys, handmade jewelry, fabric crafts, homemade foodstuffs, and much more will be on sale! Ten different food trucks will tempt the crowd with delicious aromas! The Country Fair takes place from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm and admission is free! Profits from the fair benefit several local charity groups, as well as the Lions Club. Sheridan Show Choir and others will perform. The Lions will also offer a free health screening (blood sugar and blood pressure) from noon -3:00 pm. Parking is available at Thornville Elementary. Thornville is located just 4 miles south of Interstate 70 on St. Rte. 13.
