Kid’s Bike Safety Rodeo

Buckeye Lake Tri-County Kid’s Bike Safety Rodeo! Join us on May 11, 2024 at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel parking lot for a fun-filled day of learning about bike safety. Kids ages 5-10, who are able to ride a bike without training wheels, will have the chance to participate in various activities and games to improve their biking skills. This in-person event is a great opportunity for children to have a blast while learning to stay safe on their bikes. The goal of this event is to promote cycling proficiency, safe riding and fun in our community. Don’t miss out on this exciting event! There is limited space available, so register today!

Each kid who is registered for this and attends this FREE event will receive a free properly fitted helmet and swag bag. Those completing the Bike Rodeo Course will be entered into a drawing for a brand new bike!

Maximum entry and participation in the rodeo is one adult or guardian of 18 years of age or older with 2 children, including any child staying with the parent or guardian but not participating in the event.

While there is no cost for this event, we ask that you register only if you and your child can attend as registration slots are limited. If your plans change and you will not be able to make it, please let us know by emailing us at info@bikebuckeyelake.org which will create an opportunity for another child waiting to participate.

In order for a child to participate in this event, they must bring a rideable bike and a parent or guardian (18 years of age or older) who can stay with the child for the entire event. A child arriving without either one of these will not be permitted to participate.

The rain date for the event is May 18, 2024.

Check in closes at 11:30am on the morning of the event.
